Monthly Board Meetings are typically the first Monday of each month at 5:30 PM at the Authority Office, exceptions for holidays. To be submit an agenda item for consideration, please contact the Executive Director at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

The 2026 Regular Meeting Schedule is: January 5, February 2, March 2, April 6, May 4, June 1, July 6, August 3, September 8 (Tuesday due to holiday), October 5, November 2, December 7.

Our office is open!

OUR OFFICE IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!! Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM (closed Noon to 1 PM) Monday-Friday.

Should a customer have difficulty paying their monthly bill, we encourage them to contact our office as soon as possible to work out a payment plan. Penalties and service terminations are in effect.

Payments made using the drop slot at the Authority Office should be placed in an envelope – please include account name and service address. Payments are also accepted at Homer City Branch of S & T Bank and online.

ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online payment options through our third-party vendor, MuniciPAY, give customers the ability to make payments with credit/debit cards or e-checks via the CICJSA website. Use the PAYMENT button on the website and follow the simple instructions. Service fees will be applied to these payment methods: $1.50 per e-check or 2.65% for credit/debit cards (minimum of $3.00 service fee).

When searching for your account, use only the LAST NAME associated with your account (don’t put account number or address) then scroll down to find the correct account.

Regarding late fees after the due date: It can take up to 72 hours after the due date for late fees to be reflected in the online account balance. Please call our office with any questions.
