The 2026 rate structure is as follows:
Connection Fee – $2,000 per EDU plus actual cost of connection at main (tapping fee)
Debt Service – $21.00 per EDU
Sewer Usage – $10.00 per 1,000 gallons based on water usage
Non-metered Customers: Flat Rate Sewer Usage – $50.00 per EDU
NSF Check Charge – $35.00
Water Reconnect Fee – Water Company Rate
Delinquent Account Penalty – Certified mail cost
Compliance Inspection Fee – $75.00 (Mandatory inspection prior to closing on the sale, transfer, etc. of a property)
The monthly billing is sent approximately the 28th of each month and is due the 18th of the following month.
